Letters of Map Change

The North Carolina Floodplain Mapping Program (NCFMP) received delegation of processing and issuance of North Carolina MT-2 Letters of Map Change (LOMCs) from the Federal Emergency Management Agency on July 1, 2006.

MT-2 LOMC Application Packages may be submitted:

  • Electronically via File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
  • Electronically via FEMA's Online LOMC Portal
  • US Post or overnight delivery to:
    NC MT-2 LOMC Depot
    Attention: Steve Garrett
    4218 Mail Service Center
    Raleigh, North Carolina 27699-4218
